What Is Trauma-Informed Coaching?
Trauma-Informed Coaching is an evidence-based, neuroscience-backed approach to decision-making and self-leadership that helps women break out of burnout, overfunctioning, and self-silencing patterns. Unlike mindset coaching, trauma-informed coaching works at the level of the nervous system, identity, and emotional conditioning — the places where real change happens.
