When what made you successful no longer works, it’s time to decide what comes next.
You didn’t lose your edge. You outgrew the strategy that built this version of success.
What worked before—overfunctioning, people-pleasing, and carrying it all—doesn’t work at this level. Not because you’re doing it wrong, but because those strategies are now costing you clarity.
The next chapter isn’t unlocked by more effort. It’s shaped by the decisions you’ve been postponing, the ones that require honesty, not performance.
This is the moment where leadership stops being about execution and starts being about discernment.
Gia helps women leaders restore trust in their own judgment, so they can make clear, grounded decisions at pivotal moments.

You outgrew the strategy that got you here. You excelled by learning the rules; now you rise by rewriting them.
Because the next level isn’t earned by doing more. It’s claimed when you lead from truth, not conditioning.
It’s time to stop performing success and start embodying it. You excelled by learning the rules—now you lead by redefining them.
Because the next level isn’t earned by playing the game better. It’s claimed by changing it entirely.

Meet Gia
Gia Lacqua is an Executive Advisor who supports women leaders through pivotal decisions during periods of transition, growth, and reinvention.
A former Fortune 100 Vice President, Gia brings two decades of corporate and executive leadership experience to her work—along with a neuroscience-informed understanding of how identity, conditioning, and pressure distort judgment at senior levels. She works with women who have succeeded by playing the rules, and now find those same strategies quietly limiting their clarity, capacity, and self-trust.
Gia’s work focuses on one core question: how decisions get made when the stakes are high, and what happens when leaders outgrow the strategies that once worked. Rather than offering motivation or performance tactics, she helps women restore trust in their own judgment so they can decide from clarity and confidence.
Her thought leadership has been featured in Forbes, Newsweek, Thrive Global, WorkLife, and other national outlets. She is the author of PowerShift and the Limitless Little Leaders children’s series, and serves as First Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey.
Gia blends research, lived experience, and executive-level discernment to help women leaders lead their life with clarity by reconnecting with who they are beneath the pressure, expectations, and roles.
