As accomplished women living in today’s modern world, we are told we can have it all. A loving family, a thriving career, a vibrant love and social life, health, balance and well-being, and an abundance of happiness. But, women today are not set up to succeed. In fact, I would argue that we are set up to fail. As women, we’ve been programmed. We’ve been conditioned by society, our own life experiences, and personal trauma. As a result, we develop negative beliefs and disempowering thought patterns that form an invisible lens through which we see ourselves, and the world around us. These beliefs and thought patterns shape our reality, guide our actions, and influence our outcomes. Our negative beliefs and thought patterns often hold us back from achieving what we know we are truly capable of, and what our heart desires.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
“The world urgently needs women to unleash their extraordinary, and lead – authentically and unapologetically.”

Our thoughts create our reality. 95% percent of our thinking is unconscious. There are two major parts to our thinking- the conscious and the subconscious.
Our conscious mind represents the thoughts that we are aware of – it is our objective or logical mind. Believe it or not, the conscious mind only accounts for around 5% of our cognitive activities.
It is driven almost exclusively by our subconscious mind - the 95% of our brain that lies beyond conscious awareness, which is rooted in emotion and instinct.
In fact, the reason why most people’s change efforts fail is because they are focused on changing the conscious mind which accounts only for 5% of our thinking.
If you want something different you have to do something different
What if you could access the other 95% of your mind by tapping into your subconscious to identify and overcome your hidden barriers and unlock your potential?
The key to overcoming our negative beliefs and thought patterns is to make the invisible, visible. To become aware of the lens through which we see ourselves, and others. When we can identify these negative beliefs and thought patterns, we create the necessary awareness to break harmful cycles of behavior, to step into our power, and create the life and career we rightfully desire and deserve.
During our time together, I will share real world examples of how limiting beliefs hold us back in our personal and professional lives. We will also explore my methodology and framework for identifying and overcoming your own personal barriers to happiness and success, and behaviors you can implement starting tomorrow so you can unleash your extraordinary.
